Are the items you sell authentic?

All of our products are carefully inspected to make sure they are 100% authentic.  With years of experience behind us, our staff is well equipped to give you the peace of mind that you are purchasing an authentic product. In addition to our staff, we work with Entrupy Inc. utilizing their top notch technology to verify the authenticity of our footwear and luxury items such as bags, belts, etc. 

  

Why was my order cancelled?

Typically your order will be cancelled for one of two reason.  First, if we sold the item in our store shortly before an online order was made, we obviously won't be able to fulfill it unless we have a comparable item at a similar price.  In this case a refund will be provided immediately.  Second, we take fraud prevention seriously and we will not ship an order that looks suspicious unless we contact the customer for order verification.  If we cannot reach the customer via phone or email, the order will be cancelled.

 

What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns.  Since most of our inventory is consignment based, once a consigned item sells and the funds are transferred to the consignor, we have no way to accept the return.  The only exception would be if the incorrect item was shipped to the customer or if the item was significantly not as described. 

Please note, we take detailed pictures of every product on our website.  Make sure to review all pictures before purchasing.  If you claim a product not as described, but the included pictures show the flaws, your claim will be denied.

 

Affirm / AfterPay orders:

If you pay for an order using Affirm or AfterPay and decide to cancel the order or request a return, a 10% restocking fee will be applied.  This is due to the fees charged by these companies which are non-refundable to us.
