Track Order

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package ships. We work with trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure fast and secure delivery. You can track your order at any time using the provided tracking number. If you have any issues or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@soledoutjc.com.

Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

If we ship the wrong product or a product that is significantly not as described, a refund will be issued once the product is returned and inspected.  Customer must contact us to begin the process by emailing support@soledoutjc.com.

Please note, we take detailed pictures of every product on our website. Make sure to review all pictures before purchasing.  If you claim a product not as described, but the included pictures show the flaws, your claim will be denied.

Please understand that due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns. 

Shipping & Handling

We offer worldwide shipping, with rates available at checkout. All orders are carefully packaged and double-boxed to ensure your items arrive safely. Standard handling time is 1 business day, and domestic shipping typically takes 1–5 business days. International shipping times vary based on location and service selected. Please note that once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Refunds & Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment may be eligible for a refund. However, any orders paid through Affirm or AfterPay that are canceled or refunded are subject to a 10% restocking fee, as these payment providers charge non-refundable fees. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days but may take longer to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution. If you received an incorrect or significantly misrepresented item, please contact support@soledoutjc.com to begin the refund process.

Are all the items you sell authentic?

Yes! Every item we sell goes through a rigorous authentication process by our experienced team. We also use industry-leading tools like Entrupy Inc. to verify sneakers and luxury goods, ensuring 100% authenticity.

How does the consignment process work?

Bring your items to our store, and we’ll assess their condition, market value, and resale potential. Once approved, we list them for sale, and you get paid once they sell—easy, transparent, and hassle-free.

Can I sell my sneakers or designer items for cash?

Absolutely! We offer instant buyouts for sneakers, apparel, and designer accessories. Just bring your items in, get an on-the-spot offer, and choose your preferred payout method—cash, Zelle, or check.

What happens if my item doesn’t sell on consignment?

Items must remain in-store for at least 14 days. If they don’t sell, you can either adjust the price, continue consigning, or pick them up anytime. We’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Do you accept worn or pre-owned items?

Yes! Unlike many consignment shops, we accept pre-owned sneakers, apparel, and accessories as long as they meet our resale standards. Our team carefully evaluates condition and market demand before making an offer.

How do I become a reseller with Soled Out?

To become a reseller, you can either consign your items with us or opt for a direct buyout. Simply bring your sneakers, apparel, or designer goods to our store for evaluation. If approved, you’ll receive either a buyout offer or the option to consign for a higher payout.

What types of items can I resell through Soled Out?

We accept new and pre-owned sneakers, streetwear, designer bags, and accessories. All items must be in sellable condition, and pre-owned items must meet our quality standards.

How are resale prices determined?

Our pricing is based on current market trends, demand, and condition of the item. We use industry insights, online market comparisons, and our expertise to set competitive and fair prices for buyers and sellers.

What’s the difference between a buyout and consignment?

A buyout gives you an immediate payout for your items, while consignment allows you to earn a higher percentage of the final sale price once your item sells. Buyouts are best for quick cash, whereas consignment maximizes your earnings over time.

How and when do I get paid after selling my items?

For buyouts, you receive payment immediately via cash, Zelle, or check. For consignments, payouts are available 2 days after an in-store sale and 5 days after an online sale. Payments can be made via check, PayPal, or Zelle upon request.

How do I create an account with Soled Out JC?

Just click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the site and sign up with your email and password. Your account lets you track purchases, view your order history, and get early access to drops and exclusive offers.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page, and we’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your password. If you don’t receive an email, check your spam folder or contact support@soledoutjc.com.

How can I update my account information?

You can edit your personal details, shipping address, and payment preferences by logging into your account and navigating to "Account Settings".

Can I delete my account if I no longer want to use it?

Yes, if you wish to deactivate your account, please contact support@soledoutjc.com and our team will assist you. Keep in mind that past transactions and consignment records will still be maintained for reference.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and carrier info. You can also log into your account anytime to check your order history, tracking updates, and shipping status all in one place.

How do I check the status of my items?

Log into the Consignor Portal to view your current inventory, sold items, and pending payouts. You'll see real-time updates so you can track what's listed online, what's sold in-store, and how much you’re owed — all in one place.

When do I get paid after something sells?

For in-store sales, payouts are available 2 days after the sale. For online sales, it takes 5 days to process. You can choose to be paid via Zelle, PayPal, or check, and you’ll request your payout right inside the portal.

Can I update my prices after consigning?

Absolutely. If you want to adjust your pricing based on demand, seasonality, or updated comps, just shoot us an email or stop by the store. Our team will work with you to find a new price that moves your item and gets you paid.

What happens if I want to withdraw my items?

You can request a withdrawal anytime after the required 14-day hold period. Just contact us to coordinate pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label if you're out of town. We’ll have your items ready and deactivated from the site.
