Are the items you sell authentic?

All of our products are carefully inspected to make sure they are 100% authentic.  Our staff is well trained so that our customers have the peace of mind that they are always purchasing an authentic product.  In addition to our staff, we work with Entrupy Inc. and utilize their top notch technology to verify the authenticity of our footwear and luxury items such as bags, belts, etc.  All luxury items will come with a certificate of authenticity and a money back guarantee upon request.

 

What is your shipping time frame?

All orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.  All footwear is double boxed and shipped via UPS.  Customers who provide their phone number will receive shipping updates via text message.

 

Why was my order cancelled?

Typically your order will be cancelled for one of two reason.  First, if we sold the item in our store shortly before an online order was made we obviously won't be able to fulfill it unless we have a comparable item at a similar price.  In this case a refund will be provided immediately.  Second, we take fraud prevention seriously so we will not ship an order that looks suspicious unless we contact the customer for order verification.  If we cannot contact the customer via phone or email, the order will be cancelled.

 

What happens if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns.  Since most of our inventory is consignment based, once a consigned item sells and the funds are transferred to the consignor, we have no way to accept the return.  The only exception would be if the incorrect item was shipped to the customer or if the items was significantly not as described.
