Store Pickup Policy

All Store Pickup orders must be picked up within 24 hours.  

  • Any orders not picked up within 24 hours will be canceled. 

 

Store Pickup orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

  • If you fail to pick up your order or request a cancellation, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. 
  • The restocking fee will be offered to you in a gift card which can be used for in-store purchases. 
    • You have 72 hours from the time your order is canceled to request a gift card from us. 
    • Gift cards expire 12 months from activation. 
    • Gift cards must be picked up in person.  
  • Store Pickup orders paid via AfterPay or Affirm will not be subject to the gift card offer.  Restocking fees will apply and will not be refunded.

 

If you want to secure the item but cannot pick it up within 24 hours, do not use the Store Pickup option.  E-mail the store and ask for PAID HOLD.  Once a payment is made via Zelle, you will have 10 days to pick up your item.
